Countercultural Unity

We actively cultivate genuine relationships and continuously seek reconciliation with one another, refraining from engaging in gossip or any divisive behavior. Our unity is strengthened by the presence of the Holy Spirit within us.

The gospel shapes a community that defies the prevailing culture through their exemplary unity. Consequently, a life centered on the gospel can authentically thrive only within the domain of the local church—a covenant-based assembly of redeemed individuals that serves as a living representation of the manifold wisdom of God. It is here that believers experience true community by combining their gifts and resources to equip, encourage, admonish, and edify one another. Church discipline is included within this process and drives unity through open confession. In light of these truths the church will not be a peripheral activity, nor program driven; rather, it is community-oriented people living life alongside one another.
